Singapore Wine Fiesta 28th- 30th October 2011

Moving into its fourth consecutive year, the Singapore Wine Fiesta is an outdoor wine tasting event that is open to the public, trade and press. The biggest outdoor wine fair in the region, it was created to make wines fun and approachable. The Customs House Pavilion that overlooks the Esplanade and Marina Bay Sands hotel will be the hosting venue over the three day event.

Meet more than 50 winemakers and taste an unbelievable selection of over 200 wines! Sample Champagne’s oldest winehouse, Champagne Gosset; Australia’s most famous Chardonnay, Leeuwin Estate; Barossa’s bold best, Two Hands, Kaesler, Yarra Yering; the chef’s choice Rhone, Jean-Luc Colombo; Argentina’s best Malbec, La Chamiza; the very highly rated Bodegas Altanza from Spain; Fiesta’s best sellers 3 years in a row, Bird In Hand Sparkling Pinot; or even something off the beaten track, Provins from Switzerland and much more!

We even have wines from some of the oldest vineyards in Germany, Singapore’s favourite Moscatos, G.D. Vajra and Villa M will experience a fantastic selection of artisan Armagnacs. Bringing forth a whole new different perspective of wines, The Singapore Wine Fiesta provides an international wine experience to the local community of South East Asia.

Yes, as mentioned, DeEventsCrew is getting in more people into our group so as to organize our 1st event since it’s re-opening! So if you’ve got like- minded friends who are interested with what we are doing, what are you waiting for?? get them here!!

For a Fresh Start!

As many of you may have known, we’ve started our humble blog in 2008, with the objective of “pulling” like- minded individuals and groups together, to network, touch- base and enjoy food and wine. Thus, the evolution of the blogsite, foodnwinelovers started out by hosting events, parties and of course networking opportunities for people to get together over food and wine as per se!

However, within the 3 years span of our project, many of us had to leave due to personal commitments and re- dedicated goals and objectives. Therefore, we had no choice but to disband the team.

But!! Now i’m back! Starting with a fresh beginning and getting your trust in my new team, we will be back in action, organizing events, networking sessions, and of course, more parties and bonding together.
